All of our work is grounded in our commitment to the importance of every student’s having three things: a sense of autonomy – I have some choice in my school life; a feeling of belonging – someone knows me well and likes me for who I am; and a belief in personal competence – I have the ability to do what I am asked to do. We also believe that while the needs of a school may vary, every educator wants what is best for young people to be the practice on their campus. Every leader wants a group of colleagues who are committed to a common vision and aiming toward a collective goal. Based on your community’s goals, our team will design professional development to provide research-based practices that inspire faculty, focused on strengthening whatever area your school wishes to improve.
